Enrolment
Admission and enrolment are subject to eligibility and seat availability. The information provided at enrolment must be accurate and complete.
Fees
Tuition and other fees are payable as displayed at the time of enrolment. Fee schedules, batches and timetables may change with prior notice.
Guardian consent for minors
Where the student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian accepts these terms and provides consent on the student's behalf.
Conduct
Students are expected to follow the institution's code of conduct. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
Course access & intellectual property
On purchase you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for the stated validity period. All videos, notes, tests and materials are the intellectual property of TOP STUDY HELP. Downloading, recording, re-selling or sharing them (including sharing your login) is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access without refund.
Refunds
Fees are refundable only as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before you enrol.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where TOP STUDY HELP is registered.
